The staff at Hamann Family Dental is SO amazing! Friendly, courteous and professional! I am not a fan of going to the dentist but the people and service at HFD make it much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend for all ages!
Really disappointed with the customer service level for billing and insurance by both the Dentist providers and the receptionists. I have two dental insurances and one is Delta and one is called Civic Smiles and even with both insurances on file the dentist would not perform any further work other than routine cleaning. My family has all had an unsatisfactory encounter with both the Dentists and their receptionists due to such things like refusal of providing dental work like fillings and even making appointments. My brother and I have the same insurances and I was able to at least get in to get my teeth cleaned. My brother on the other hand, was told over the phone that they didn't accept his state insurance which is through Bluecross Blue Shield and was immediately hung up on without even being asked for his insurance card information. You would think that because this dentist is located in a small town that they would want their customer service to be flawless due to word of mouth and other reviews, but instead it is seriously lacking! I would not recommend this place to anyone and my family will not be returning to their place of business.
I'm a mother of two daughters and we have been patients for several years. We have always been treated with kindness and lots of TLC from the Doctors and staff! I would recommend this office to everyone!
They are very nice and did a great job with my teeth :)
I have been a patient since my first dental appointment as a little girl! Every member of the Hamann staff has always been helpful and kind. So glad I am able to now take my kids there also
