Stay away from this company! They have a very poor business practice with super poor communication. We ordered a sign from them at the Minnesota State Fair and continually contacted K and she never got back and stated she has been busy with shows. I understand that but it takes a minute to call back or even email one is busy. We finally took them to dispute after months of no communication and now she is fighting that. STAY AWAY
Have purchased multiple items from them and have been very happy with them all. They are easy to work with and do wonderful custom work. I emailed them a picture and they created a sign just EXACTLY like the picture. Going to order more.
My wife bought a generic moving pontoon sign at a craft show a couple of years ago with the promise of a custom pontoon when we send them a picture. Well it took us two years do do so and the result is fantastic. Our experience with this company has been excellent. Highly recommend them. By the way the sign has held up very well and we are very happy with it.
I ordered 4 metal signs of different designs as Christmas gifts for hard to buy for family members. These signs were a hit. Everyone loved them. Additionally the signs were well crafted and beautiful. Will by again. I found this family at the MN state fair across the street from the Australian potatoes.
We ordered 2 signs and got one immediately however the second one was to be larger and to have our logo on it. We called several times and emailed with no response after 3 plus months and after paying for half of the sign. We then opened a dispute with our credit card company and they have done nothing but lied about the transaction even going as far as writing notes on the receipt that were not on our receipt. Just give us our money back as you have never done anything to earn a dime of it except lie!!! I gave it one star because you can't go any less!! DO NOT DO business with this company!!!
